Role & Company / Project Overview: Capgemini–WNS is hiring for an Operations Manager in Delivery Excellence / Business Transformation for experienced Lean Six Sigma professionals. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage end-to-end delivery excellence and operational transformation initiatives. • Oversee process excellence implementations, automation rollouts, and analytics integration. • Monitor service delivery, manage operational risk, and establish continuous improvement frameworks. • Coordinate with internal leadership and clients to ensure operational standards and quality benchmarks. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. • Demonstrated track record in process transformation, operational excellence, automation, and analytics. • Domain expertise in Finance & Accounting (F&A) is strongly preferred. • Strong operational leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. • Regular full-time business operational schedule. Compensation & Benefits: • Indicative Market CTC: ₹9,00,000 to ₹30,00,000 per annum (role-dependent; subject to confirmation).
