Role & Company / Project Overview: Capgemini–WNS has an opening for an Engagement Manager specializing in Delivery Excellence and Business Transformation, driving client engagement and value creation. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage client engagements focusing on delivery excellence and business transformation. • Guide enterprise process optimization, operational redesign, and large-scale automation projects. • Act as the strategic partner for client stakeholders, ensuring program outcomes and value realization. • Lead transformation roadmaps, govern delivery metrics, and deploy analytics-driven solutions. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. • Proven track record in process excellence, business transformation, automation, and analytics. • Strong client consulting, program management, and engagement leadership background. • F&A (Finance & Accounting) domain expertise is preferred. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Kolkata, West Bengal, India. • Standard professional working hours. Compensation & Benefits: • Indicative Market CTC: ₹9,00,000 to ₹30,00,000 per annum (role-dependent; subject to confirmation).
