Role & Company / Project Overview: Capgemini–WNS is hiring a Senior Engagement Manager for Delivery Excellence and Business Transformation to lead strategic transformation journeys for key accounts. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Oversee complex, multi-functional business transformation and delivery excellence programs. • Steer end-to-end Lean Six Sigma initiatives, automation deployments, and advanced analytics frameworks. • Provide strategic advisory to senior executive clients and direct multiple transformation teams. • Establish long-term operational excellence governance and ensure sustainable business outcomes. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified professional. • Extensive leadership experience in Process Excellence, Business Transformation, Automation, and Analytics. • Prior experience in managing senior client relationships and enterprise delivery excellence engagements. • F&A (Finance & Accounting) domain expertise is preferred. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Kolkata, West Bengal, India. • Standard full-time professional hours. Compensation & Benefits: • Indicative Market CTC: ₹9,00,000 to ₹30,00,000 per annum (role-dependent; subject to confirmation).
