• Role & Company / Project Overview Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring experienced delivery and operations leaders for one of the largest UK Life & Pension Insurance accounts, based out of TCS Gitanjali Park, Kolkata. We are looking for strong leaders who can go beyond managing SLAs and KPIs—professionals who can build high-performing teams, strengthen process controls, drive productivity, champion automation, and consistently deliver business outcomes. Immediate requirement across 2 open positions. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead delivery operations and service delivery for UK Life & Pension insurance accounts - Manage a span of 80+ associates - Ensure operational governance, strengthen process controls, and drive team productivity - Maintain a balanced approach to transition, transformation, automation, continuous improvement, and day-to-day operations management - Drive stakeholder management and maintain client relationships - Consistently deliver business outcomes while managing and surpassing SLAs and KPIs • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 10+ years of total experience, currently working as an Operations Manager with at least 2+ years of experience in the OM role - Strong experience in UK Life & Pension or US Life & Pension Insurance - Experience managing a span of 80+ associates - LOMA or CII certification required - Strong people and process leadership skills with proven experience in stakeholder management, service delivery, and operational governance • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: TCS Gitanjali Park, Kolkata, West Bengal, India - Immediate joining requirement • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should submit their profile/resume or connect directly via email.
