We are hiring a seasoned commercial professional with deep expertise in Thermal Power Plant Operations & Maintenance (O&M) to lead the Tender & Contracts function. The role involves end-to-end tendering from enquiry to bid submission, contract review, negotiation, commercial evaluation, and cost estimation including manpower, spares, tools, and subcontracting. The candidate will liaise with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams, and handle BTG and BoP packages, change orders, and contract closure. Qualifications include a B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (MBA preferred) and 25–30+ years of experience in tendering and contracts. Strong knowledge of GST, bank guarantees, liquidated damages, and insurance is required. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential; SAP/ERP is a plus. CTC offered is ₹40–60 LPA. Location: Kolkata. Industry: Thermal Power Plant O&M / EPC / Heavy Engineering.
