We are currently having openings in our Voice Process (L2) with 100% work from office, fixed salary and permanent hiring. The job profile requires resolving customer queries through voice calls. Mandatory criteria: minimum Higher Secondary (HS) passed, freshers and experienced both can apply, excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi without major MTI for voice process, ready to work in 24/7 shifts, no planned leave for the first 3 months after joining, 10 hours per day (9 hours work + 1 hour break), typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy. Interview structure includes HR round, typing test, voice versant (V3 and above) and client round. Salary details: for candidates with minimum 6 months experience – 1.92 LPA (approx ₹14,000 in-hand), for freshers – 1.85 LPA (approx ₹13,500 in-hand), 100% fixed salary, pick-up/drop provided for odd shifts. Documents required: education mark sheets, Aadhar card, PAN card, offer letter, experience letter and last 3 months' pay slips for experienced candidates only.
