• Role & Company / Project Overview: Immediate opening for freshers in Ecommerce Voice Customer Support Process located in New Town, Kolkata with Outpace Consulting. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Handle inbound and outbound voice calls to address customer inquiries, issues, and order details. - Provide effective customer support and issue resolution over the telephone. - Deliver quality service maintaining customer-handling standards and problem-solving skills. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Educational Qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate. - Experience Level: Freshers only. - Good verbal communication skills. - Customer-handling ability and problem-solving mindset. - Positive attitude. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: New Town, Kolkata, West Bengal. - Working Schedule: 5 days working per week. - Shift Timing: Rotational shifts. - Week-Offs: 2 rotational week-offs. - Commute Facility: One-way cab assistance. • Compensation & Benefits: - In-Hand Salary: ₹15,000 per month. - Allowance & Cab: ₹1,400 TA + One-way cab provided. • Application Instructions: - Interested eligible freshers can apply via email or reach out directly on WhatsApp.
