• Role & Company / Project Overview: Outpace Growth Consulting is urgently hiring freshers for the position of Ecommerce Non-Voice Support Executive in New Town, Kolkata. This is an immediate hiring opportunity dedicated to freshers aiming to build a career in the ecommerce support sector. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage non-voice ecommerce customer communications and inquiries via text/email/chat - Handle customer issues, order inquiries, and resolution processes promptly - Maintain high customer satisfaction through problem-solving and positive customer engagement - Coordinate and adhere to daily performance and operational guidelines • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Education: Graduate or Undergraduate candidates eligible - Experience: Freshers only - Good communication skills - Customer-handling skills - Problem-solving abilities - Positive attitude • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Working Schedule: 5 Days work week - Shifts: Rotational shifts - Week-offs: 2 rotational week-offs - Location: Onsite, New Town, Kolkata, West Bengal • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: INR 14,000 to INR 16,000 in-hand per month - Transportation: One-way cab facility provided - Allowances: INR 1,400 Travel Allowance (TA) • Application Instructions: - Interested eligible candidates are requested to submit their updated resume/CV for consideration.
