Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused candidates to join our US Healthcare Support team as Process Associates. This role is a pure inbound voice support process dealing with U.S. healthcare customers, with no sales and no targets. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Handle inbound calls from U.S. healthcare customers. • Resolve queries with accuracy and professionalism. • Provide empathetic, personalized customer support. • No sales, no targets involved. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written). • Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or 10+2 Diploma; graduation or diploma is a plus. • Fresher / Prior experienced candidates are all welcome. • Comfortable working night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata. • Work Mode: Work from Office (On-site). • Shift: Night Shift (US Calling Process). • Working Days: Monday to Friday. Compensation & Benefits: • Fresher: ₹15,000 Gross | ₹13,800 In-hand per month • 1 Year Exp: ₹16,000 Gross | ₹14,800 In-hand per month • 2 Years Exp: ₹17,000 Gross | ₹15,800 In-hand per month • 3 Years Exp: ₹18,000 Gross | ₹16,800 In-hand per month • 4 Years Exp: ₹19,000 Gross | ₹17,800 In-hand per month • In-hand salary range: ₹15,000–₹19,000 per month depending on experience.
