### Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring talented professionals for the role of Process Associate – Voice to join our international customer support team. In this position, you will serve as the first point of contact for international customers, addressing queries and providing excellent support across voice channels. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Act as the primary point of contact for international customers. • Assist customers with their inquiries, issues, and concerns professionally over voice calls. • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and issue resolution. • Adhere strictly to process guidelines, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality parameters. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 1 to 6 years of experience in Customer Support / BPO. • Mandatory requirement: Proven International Voice Process experience. • Strong verbal English communication and active listening skills. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Kolkata, West Bengal, India. • Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office (WFO). • Shifts: Rotational shifts. • Offs: 2 rotational week offs. ### Compensation & Benefits • Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum). ### Application Instructions Interested candidates who meet the mandatory international voice experience criteria are invited to share their updated CV for consideration.
