• Role & Company / Project Overview Leading ITES firm hiring for the role of Senior Customer Service Executive – Voice/Chat Support based in Kolkata. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Handle customer inquiries and issues through international voice calls and/or chat support. - Deliver prompt, accurate, and professional resolution to customer concerns. - Maintain customer satisfaction benchmarks and call/chat quality standards. - Accurately record and document customer interactions in the system. - Adhere to standard operating procedures, quality guidelines, and organizational policies. - Engage effectively and courteously with international clientele. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Any graduate with 1 to 3 years of experience in an international voice process. - Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Job Location: Kolkata, West Bengal, India. - Work schedule: 5 working days with 2 rotational week-offs. - Shift type: Rotational shifts. - Transportation: Cab facility available. • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹5 LPA (₹350,000 to ₹500,000 per year). • Application Instructions - Candidates can share their updated resume or reach out to the recruiter, mentioning the role name and preferred location.
