We are expanding our business and looking for a highly motivated professional to drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities across India. The role includes developing new customers and business opportunities in industrial sectors, promoting and selling Grab Buckets, Material Handling Equipment, Cranes, and Heavy Fabrication Products, visiting customers to understand requirements and provide technical solutions, preparing quotations, negotiating commercial terms, closing orders, building long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers, tracking market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities, and maintaining regular sales reports and customer databases. Preferred industries include Ports & Shipping, Steel Plants, Cement Plants, Mining & Quarrying, Scrap Handling, Construction & Infrastructure, and Power & Process Industries. Requirements include a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience, experience in Industrial Sales, Business Development, Engineering Products, Heavy Fabrication, Material Handling Equipment, or Capital Equipment preferred, strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, self-driven and target-oriented with willingness to travel extensively, knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems preferred, and a valid Driving License.
