We are hiring a DevOps Lead with 5–9 years of hands-on experience to lead and mentor a high-performing DevOps team. The role involves designing and managing robust CI/CD pipelines, building scalable and cost-optimized cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP, implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, ARM, or CloudFormation, managing Docker and Kubernetes environments, championing DevSecOps practices to embed security across the pipeline, and leading incident management and root cause analysis. Required skills include strong cloud platform expertise, CI/CD mastery (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps), container orchestration, IaC, scripting in Python/Bash/PowerShell, proven team leadership, strong communication and stakeholder management. Preferred certifications: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Expert, or CKA. Desired: DevSecOps, security automation, microservices, serverless, or MLOps exposure.
