We are hiring a Project Sales and Relationship Manager (Female) based in Kathmandu. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with architects, contractors, dealers, and distributors, generating project sales, expanding market reach, achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, following up on orders, deliveries, payments, and collections, and gathering market intelligence. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, 2–5 years experience in tiles, ceramics, building materials or project sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email), willingness to travel. Salary: NPR 70,000 – 80,000 per month.
