We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Odoo Techno-Functional Developer to join our growing team. If you bridge the gap between technical execution and business functionality seamlessly, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities include: Lead the design, development, and customization of Odoo modules (Python, XML, JavaScript); Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust, scalable functional configurations; Manage end-to-end implementation, data migration, and third-party integrations; Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and optimization of the Odoo ecosystem. Requirements: Proven experience as an Odoo Developer with strong techno-functional expertise; Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo framework custom module development; Deep understanding of core Odoo modules (CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.); Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively during EST business hours; Ability to work onsite in DHA Phase 6, Karachi.
