ST Group of Companies is expanding its operations and is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager for the Africa, Caribbean, UK/Ireland, and Oceania markets. The role focuses on automobile sales, vehicle auctions, stock management, and leading a team. Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in automotive sales or stock handling, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage in a fast-paced environment. Working hours vary by market (Africa: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Caribbean: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM, Oceania: 1:00 AM – 9:00 AM). Weekly off is Saturday and Sunday. Compensation includes a salary range of PKR 50,000 to 500,000 depending on experience and performance, plus commission of PKR 30,000 per vehicle sold and PKR 200,000 – 300,000 per heavy machinery deal.
