• Role & Company / Project Overview CareerSync Global is hiring a PCBA Engineer on behalf of our hiring partner for a full-time opportunity. The role involves working on PCB fabrication and PCBA manufacturing processes. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Handle PCB fabrication and PCBA manufacturing workflows - Work with PCB assembly documentation, X-Y placement files, BOM, and supply-chain management - Manage component procurement, inventory management, and supplier coordination - Ensure compliance with PCB and component standards including RoHS/REACH compliance - Coordinate projects independently and communicate across technical teams • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field - Minimum 2+ years’ experience in PCB fabrication and PCBA manufacturing - Strong knowledge of PCB assembly documentation, X-Y placement files, BOM, and supply-chain management - Experience with component procurement, inventory management, and supplier coordination - Knowledge of PCB/component standards including RoHS/REACH compliance - Strong communication, coordination, and project-management skills - Detail-oriented and capable of working independently in a remote environment - Local candidates will be preferred • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Employment Type: Full-Time - Work Model: Remote / Hybrid (on-site if required) - Location: Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan • Application Instructions If your experience matches the position, submit your CV for review and placement consideration, specifying the position you are applying for.
