• Role & Company / Project Overview CareerSync Global is recruiting a Front-End Engineer (Communication) for the CAM (DFM, DFA) Department on behalf of our hiring partner for a full-time opportunity. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Coordinate directly between international customers, Project Managers, Sales, and CAM engineering teams - Address and resolve customer engineering queries and lead technical review meetings - Apply DFM, DFA, and CAM methodologies to verify manufacturability of PCB designs - Ensure alignment with PCB manufacturing processes and IPC industry standards • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 4–5+ years’ experience in PCB fabrication and PCB assembly engineering - Strong knowledge of DFM, DFA, and CAM processes - Experience with PCB manufacturing and IPC standards - Strong English communication and technical communication skills - Ability to coordinate with customers, Project Managers, Sales, and CAM teams - Experience handling customer engineering queries and technical meetings - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - International customer and technical-meeting experience is highly preferred - Local candidates will be preferred • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Employment Type: Full-Time - Work Model: Remote / Hybrid (on-site if required) - Location: Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan • Application Instructions Send your CV for review and placement consideration, referencing the specific role in your correspondence.
