• Role & Company / Project Overview CareerSync Global is hiring a Project Manager (PMP) on behalf of our hiring partner for a full-time position overseeing manufacturing and assembly projects within the EMS industry. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage turnkey manufacturing, PCB fabrication, PCBA assembly, supply chain, and logistics operations - Oversee end-to-end project execution, project timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation - Lead customer coordination, status reporting, and technical negotiations - Resolve operational and project issues with cross-functional engineering and supply-chain teams • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field - PMP Certification is mandatory - Minimum 5+ years’ project-management experience in the EMS industry - Strong knowledge of PCB fabrication, PCBA assembly, turnkey manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics - Experience managing projects, timelines, risks, and customer coordination - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills - Fluent in English - Local candidates will be preferred • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Employment Type: Full-Time - Work Model: Remote / Hybrid (on-site if required) - Location: Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan • Application Instructions Interested candidates meeting the criteria should forward their CV for review and placement consideration, clearly noting the applied position.
