Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview Scaleup Connect is hiring a motivated Technology Solutions Associate (Job Code: TS821) on behalf of a client to support USA-region operations from their Pakistan back office. This role bridges technology knowledge with product sourcing, procurement coordination, vendor management, quotations, and B2B client communication for the U.S. market. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Technology Sourcing & Research: Understand client requirements and identify suitable tech solutions; research hardware, software, networking, and related products; compare pricing, specifications, and sourcing options. - Vendor & Procurement Coordination: Coordinate with vendors on pricing and availability; support sourcing and order processing requirements; manage quotations, purchase orders, and documentation. - Client & B2B Support: Communicate with U.S.-based clients and stakeholders; handle initial B2B inquiries and coordination; maintain comprehensive records of quotations, vendors, orders, and requirements. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Education: Mandatory completed Bachelor's degree in a relevant technology discipline (preferred fields: Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security, Computer Engineering, or Networking). - Experience: Prior professional experience is not mandatory. Internships or exposure to technology products, sourcing, procurement, vendor coordination, B2B, e-commerce, or business development will be an advantage. - Skills & Competencies: Technology product knowledge, product sourcing & procurement, vendor coordination, quotation & pricing analysis, strong English and B2B client communication, market & product research, documentation & order processing. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Employment Type: Full-Time. - Shift: Night shift, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday. - Reporting To: Manager. - Location: Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. • Compensation & Benefits - Payscale: PKR 50,000 to PKR 70,000 per month. • Application Instructions - Send resume via email mentioning 'Technology Solutions Associate – TS821' in the subject line before the application deadline of October 6th, 2026.
