STAX & Simmer, two exciting new F&B concepts in DHA, Karachi, are seeking a passionate, creative, and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join the culinary leadership team. Key responsibilities include leading day-to-day kitchen operations, supervising and mentoring kitchen staff, ensuring consistency in food quality and presentation, overseeing food preparation and inventory control, maintaining food safety and HACCP standards, and contributing to menu development and recipe standardization. Candidates must have proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a reputable hotel or restaurant, strong leadership and communication skills, expertise in high-volume kitchen operations, and knowledge of food costing and kitchen administration.
