We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our team as Relationship Manager for SME/MSME Unsecured Loans. The role involves acquiring new SME/MSME customers for unsecured business loans and working capital solutions, building strong local market presence through direct sourcing, referrals, and networking, developing and managing DSA, connector, and channel partner networks, achieving monthly business and disbursement targets, conducting preliminary credit assessment (Bank Statements, ITRs, Financials & CIBIL), coordinating with Credit, Operations, and Legal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement, ensuring portfolio quality and minimizing delinquency risks, and building long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business opportunities. Requirements include 1–6 years of experience in Business Loans, Working Capital Loans, or SME Lending, minimum qualification of Graduate, and strong sourcing, relationship management, and credit assessment skills.
