We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP FICO Functional / Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Finance & Controlling and strong experience in Enterprise Data Modeling, Data Lakes, and SAP Data Integration. The ideal candidate should possess extensive business process knowledge and have successfully delivered complex SAP transformation and data modernization projects. Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support engagements; gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable SAP FICO solutions; configuring and optimizing General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing, and COPA; collaborating with business stakeholders to improve finance processes and reporting; designing enterprise Data Models supporting SAP financial reporting and analytics; working on Data Lake architectures, SAP data extraction, transformation, and integration for enterprise reporting; partnering with data engineering teams to integrate SAP with cloud-based data platforms; supporting SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation initiatives and finance data migration; ensuring data quality, governance, and financial data consistency across enterprise systems; and mentoring functional teams and providing solution architecture recommendations. Required skills include 20+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience, strong expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Finance, and extensive experience with SAP FICO configuration, Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), COPA, Asset Accounting, New GL, Cost Center & Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Internal Orders, Enterprise Data Modeling, Data Lake solutions, SAP data extraction and integration technologies, and financial data migration. Preferred qualifications include SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation experience, experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, and knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP Data Intelligence, or other enterprise data platforms. Employment is contract-based in Jersey City, NJ, onsite.
