We are seeking an experienced Sr. Java Full Stack Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications leveraging modern Java, React, AWS, GraphQL, and cloud-native technologies. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end full stack solution delivery using React, Java Spring Boot, GraphQL/REST APIs, and AWS services. Drive architecture, API design, data modeling, and integration strategies. Develop secure, scalable, and high-performing applications. Implement OIDC/OAuth2 authentication and authorization solutions. Establish observability practices including logging, metrics, tracing, and incident readiness. Partner with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to deliver business outcomes. Evaluate and recommend technology solutions based on scalability, security, and operational excellence. Required Skills: React.js, TypeScript, State Management & Performance Optimization. Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs & Microservices. GraphQL Schema Design & API Governance. OIDC/OAuth2, JWT, Authentication & Authorization. AWS Cloud Services, IAM, Monitoring & Networking. AWS Aurora PostgreSQL (SQL, Query Optimization, Indexing). AWS Neptune (Graph Databases & Gremlin). AWS MSK (Kafka), Event-Driven Architecture. CI/CD, Git, Automated Testing & Release Management. Strong Leadership, Design Ownership & Code Review Experience. MUST HAVE: Hands-on experience using AI-assisted engineering tools such as Claude Code and/or GitHub Copilot for development, debugging, refactoring, test automation, and documentation while maintaining security and code quality standards. Preferred Skills: Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK. Docker, ECS, EKS, Kubernetes. OWASP Security Best Practices & Threat Modeling. API Governance & Reliability Engineering (SLOs/SLIs).
