We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our hiring efforts and attract top talent across the organization. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding, screening candidates, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, posting vacancies, sourcing candidates through various recruitment channels, maintaining recruitment reports, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and supporting employer branding and talent attraction initiatives. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and preference for experience in the manufacturing industry.
