We are looking for an HRIS Supervisor to oversee HR systems and ensure accurate employee data management while supporting HR operations and reporting. Responsibilities: Supervise and maintain employee records within the HRIS system, monitor data accuracy and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, generate HR reports and support data analysis for decision-making, coordinate system updates and provide user support, collaborate with HR and other departments to improve HR processes, ensure proper data governance and system efficiency. Requirements: Proven experience with HRIS systems, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and HR reporting, ability to analyze HR data and produce accurate reports, strong communication and coordination skills.
