Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview HighLinks Group is urgently hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor for construction projects in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is an urgent requirement focused on residential and villa developments. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage quantity surveying tasks, cost planning, and measurement for construction projects. - Oversee quantities, billing, and variations for residential and villa projects. - Support project execution ensuring alignment with budget, contract specifications, and milestones. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 5 to 6 years or above of relevant experience in construction projects. - Hands-on experience in residential and villa projects is mandatory. - Candidates must strictly meet the required experience criteria. - Immediate availability and relevant project experience will be preferred. - Preference will be given to candidates currently based in Jeddah. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. - Interview Mode: Online. - Working Conditions: No FAT (Food, Accommodation, Transport) provided. • Application Instructions Interested candidates are requested to merge their updated CV along with relevant documents into a single PDF file and submit via email or WhatsApp.
