We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts for a full-time, on-site role in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. The ideal candidate will have 10–12 years of experience and a CA Intermediate qualification. Key responsibilities include financial accounting and reporting, manufacturing and cost accounting, balance sheet finalization, Ind AS compliance, GST/TDS/Income Tax management, statutory/internal/tax audits, treasury and working capital management, budgeting and financial planning, listed company compliance and SEBI regulations, and capital market accounting. Proficiency in Tally Prime is mandatory. Candidates from steel, aluminium, metals, engineering, manufacturing, FMCG, or process industries with exposure to listed companies will be preferred. Local candidates are preferred, and willingness to travel across business locations is essential. Salary is up to ₹50,000 per month.
