Key Performance Indicators include Time-to-Hire & Recruitment Closure Rate, Employee Retention Rate, Employee Satisfaction Score, Training Effectiveness & Participation Rate, Compliance Adherence & Audit Scores, Attendance & Discipline Management, Performance Appraisal Completion Rate, and Reduction in Employee Grievances.
