We are looking for an experienced Accounting Controller to join a leading F&B / Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) company in Jakarta. The role requires 8+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, and Tax, with strong knowledge of Statutory Audit, Tax Compliance, Regulatory Requirements, Transfer Pricing, and Financial Reporting & Consolidation under PSAK and IFRS. Candidates must have proven leadership experience managing accounting teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Experience with ERP implementation, process improvement, and automation is a plus. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
