Join our client PT. Global Mitra Copierindo as an Internship Admin Customer Service (CS) in Cawang, Jakarta Timur. This role is open to final-year students and fresh graduates from any major. Key qualifications include excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), attention to detail, ability to work individually and in teams, problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset, proactiveness, and familiarity with targets and deadlines. Organizational or internship experience is a plus. Responsibilities: handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels; input and manage customer data; assist with customer service administration and photocopier machine rental; follow up on service status and customer requests; prepare customer data and activity recapitulations; manage customer service document archiving; and support other administrative tasks as directed.
