PT Nexwave is hiring a Recruitment Support (Mitra) to assist in end-to-end recruitment processes. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates via online portals and social media, screening CVs, contacting candidates for interviews and follow-ups, scheduling interviews, assisting with psychological tests (DISC, MBTI) and interpreting results, managing candidate databases and recruitment administration, supporting new hire onboarding, and preparing periodic recruitment activity reports. Qualifications: minimum D3/S1 in any major (preferably Psychology), fresh graduates welcome, career switchers to HR/Recruitment encouraged, interest in Talent Acquisition, basic knowledge of DISC, good communication and administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), ability to work with targets, own laptop, willing to work from office in Jakarta Selatan. This is a partner/contract position with allowance compensation; opportunity to gain hands-on recruitment experience in the telecommunications industry and national projects, with career growth potential based on performance and business needs.
