We are actively hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive for a fast-growing wellness & astrology organisation – Divinelane. If you have a passion for recruitment, candidate engagement, and hiring strategy, this could be the right opportunity for you. Location: Jaipur (On-site). Shift: 11:00 AM – 08:00 PM. Workweek: 6 Days (Sunday Off). Personal laptop is mandatory. Key Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles, sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals, screening profiles and conducting initial interviews, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, managing candidate communication and follow-ups, maintaining recruitment trackers and hiring reports, and supporting onboarding process for selected candidates. Ideal Candidate has 1–3 years experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience in startup / consulting / service industry is a plus, familiarity with ATS, HRMS, and hiring platforms, self-driven, organized, and target-oriented mindset.
