We are seeking an experienced Patient Benefits Analyst to strengthen Revenue Cycle operations by analyzing patient coverage, optimizing collections, and improving reimbursement processes across multiple healthcare locations in Jackson, MS. This is a 2-year contract position requiring 10+ years of experience. Key responsibilities include reviewing coverage discovery for patient appointments, documenting coverage information within Epic, analyzing revenue cycle trends across clinic locations, recommending process improvements to maximize collections and reimbursements, and collaborating with clinical and operational leadership on revenue cycle initiatives. Required skills include Epic PB experience, RHIA, RHIT, or CPC certification, revenue cycle reporting, claims adjudication, coverage discovery, clearinghouse experience, RTE interpretation, patient responsibility and third-party coverage analysis, data analysis, reporting, and training. Preferred experience includes public health, community health, FQHC, or RHC environments, physician clinic revenue cycle operations, and Mississippi healthcare experience.
