This is a permanent position with a mid-sized, expanding engineering company located west of North Rhine-Westphalia, between Aachen and Cologne. The company focuses on planning technical building equipment (TGA) for industrial and commercial large-scale projects, including sustainable topics like heat recovery, hydrogen use, and CO2 reduction. The role involves planning and concept creation for TGA in national large-scale projects, following all HOAI steps, and creating detailed plans for heating, sanitation, climate, or ventilation systems. Direct coordination with clients, suppliers, and authorities is required. The ideal candidate has completed training in technical system planning or a comparable technical field, experience in TGA in one or more disciplines (heating, sanitation, climate, ventilation) for commercial/industrial projects, knowledge of HOAI project execution, proficiency in AutoCAD, Trimble Nova, or similar TGA planning software, strong teamwork and communication skills, and solid MS Office skills, especially Excel.
