We are hiring a proactive Customer Support Specialist for the night shift (10 PM - 6 AM PKT) to work remotely from Islamabad or Rawalpindi, Pakistan. The role involves responding to customer inquiries via email and chat, troubleshooting technical, billing, and product-related issues, managing tickets in our CRM, ensuring SLA compliance, sharing insights to improve product and help documentation, and driving CSAT scores and first-contact resolution goals. We require a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 2+ years of experience in customer or technical support, preferably in SaaS/B2B, strong English communication and troubleshooting skills, experience with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom, reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace, a customer-first mindset, the ability to work independently, and residency in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. The salary is PKR 50,000-60,000 per month, with 100% remote work, company-provided hardware, software, and health coverage. This is a full-time position.
