We are looking for an experienced Power BI Engineer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-level BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into scalable Power BI solutions. Key Responsibilities include designing and developing interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets; building optimized data models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations; developing reusable reporting components and enterprise analytics solutions; implementing Row-Level Security (RLS), workspace governance, and Power BI Service deployments; gathering business requirements, validating KPIs, and creating report prototypes; optimizing report performance using Import, DirectQuery, incremental refresh, and query folding; supporting BI migration and modernization projects from legacy platforms; collaborating with Data Engineering teams for enterprise data integrations. Required Skills are strong hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service; advanced DAX, Power Query, and data modeling skills; strong SQL skills with enterprise databases (SQL Server, Oracle, BigQuery, Teradata); experience with RLS, semantic models, performance tuning, and refresh troubleshooting; experience with On-Premises Data Gateway and Power BI workspace management; strong communication skills with business stakeholder interaction. Preferred qualifications include experience migrating from Tableau, MicroStrategy, Sisense, SSRS, or SAP BO to Power BI; Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Certification (PL-300) preferred.
