We are actively seeking an experienced Integration Test Lead to drive end-to-end integrated testing for a large-scale SAP-led enterprise transformation program. This role will serve as the central point of accountability for testing activities across multiple workstreams and integrated systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead integrated testing strategy across all workstreams and dependent systems; own master test plans and end-to-end business process scenarios; coordinate SIT, UAT, regression, and release validation activities; drive daily testing control tower operations and execution governance; lead cross-functional defect triage and prioritization; assess release readiness and provide go/no-go recommendations; deliver executive-level dashboards, reporting, and quality status updates; collaborate with business SMEs, architects, PMs, and tower leads. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of enterprise testing experience; 5+ years in Integration Test Lead roles; strong SAP program testing experience; expertise in SAP end-to-end testing across modules and integrated systems; experience with SIT, UAT, regression, and release readiness governance. Required Skills: Integration Test Strategy, SAP End-to-End Testing, Cross-Functional Test Coordination, Defect Triage and Prioritization, Release Readiness Governance, Executive Reporting, Risk-Based Quality Assessment. Preferred Skills: SAP S/4HANA experience, enterprise transformation programs, Tricentis and integrated test reporting platforms, managed services testing leadership.
