We are hiring a Service Advisor who is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese. This is a stable Work From Home opportunity after training. The total package is MYR 4,500 per month plus a monthly KPI incentive of up to RM700, a 13th month salary bonus, and company-provided full accommodation and meals during the 4-6 week training period in Georgetown, Penang. Working schedule is 5 days per week with 2 rotational off days, rotating morning and afternoon shifts from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM. Requirements include customer service experience, ability to read, write, and speak Mandarin and Cantonese, a stable internet connection, and a dedicated, quiet workspace at home.
