• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring for an International Voice Process focusing on International Sales and Retention based in Indore. The position involves engaging with international clients to deliver exceptional customer service, handle sales inquiries, and manage retention. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage international customer service and sales calls effectively over international voice channels. - Handle customer interactions focusing on sales and retention requirements. - Apply strong convincing and customer-handling capabilities to address inquiries and close opportunities. - Deliver excellent customer service aligned with international business benchmarks. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 1 year of International BPO/process experience. - Minimum 6 months of experience specifically in Sales or Retention. - Excellent English communication skills (C1 Level required). - Minimum education: 12th Pass or Graduate candidates are eligible to apply. - Strong convincing and customer-handling skills. - Immediate or early joiners are preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh. - Shift Timings: Rotational shifts / Night shifts. - Work Mode: Onsite. • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: Up to ₹48,000 per month. - 20% hike on last CTC. - 1-Way Cab facility provided. - Excellent career growth opportunities. • Application Instructions Interested candidates can submit their updated CV for review.
