• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring experienced candidates with strong English communication skills for an exciting International Chat Support process in Indore. Join our team and be part of an international environment where your communication skills make a real difference. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Handle customer interactions and resolve inquiries via international chat support channels. - Provide accurate, timely, and professional customer assistance. - Maintain high quality and customer satisfaction standards on every chat interaction. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 6 months of documented chat support experience. - Educational Qualification: 12th pass and above. - B2-level English communication skills (strong written communication). - Immediate joiners are preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Schedule: 5 days working per week. - Shift Timing: Rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs. - Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Interview Mode: Walk-in Interviews). • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: Up to ₹26,000 CTC. • Application Instructions - If you have chat support experience and are ready to join immediately, submit your resume via the provided contact email or phone details.
