• Role & Company / Project Overview Urgent requirement for Sales / Customer Support Executive in a Domestic Voice Process (E-Commerce) based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Handle customer and seller interactions effectively via voice calls. - Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate, timely solutions. - Promote and sell relevant products and services. - Address and resolve sales-related queries and customer objections. - Consistently achieve sales, productivity, and quality benchmarks. - Maintain accurate, detailed customer and call records. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Graduation is mandatory. - Minimum of 6 months of documented sales experience. - Candidates with backgrounds in Sales, Insurance, Tele-sales, Seller Support, or E-commerce Sales are encouraged to apply. - Strong verbal communication and customer-handling abilities. - Comfortable working in an office environment. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Mode: Work From Office in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. - Shift Window: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. - Working Schedule: 6 working days per week with 1 rotational week off. - Joining: Immediate joiners preferred. • Compensation & Benefits - ₹21,000 CTC + ₹2,000 PLI OR ₹23,000 CTC + ₹2,000 PLI (depending on previous package, experience, and company norms). • Application Instructions - Share updated resume via WhatsApp to the contact phone number provided.
