We are hiring a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical) for high-volume automotive component manufacturing at our Indore, Pithampur facility. The role involves plant automation, electrical controls, and utility systems. Key responsibilities include rapid troubleshooting of electrical and automation systems on high-speed production lines and CNC machinery; diagnostic repair of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, VFDs, servo systems, sensors, and networks; executing scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance using techniques like thermography, motor current analysis, and power quality analysis; managing CMMS for spare parts and MTBF/MTTR metrics; maintaining transformers, switchgear, DG sets, compressors, chillers; and enforcing safety protocols including LOTO, emergency stop circuits, and audits. Candidates with hands-on experience in PLC-based automation, industrial robots, servo drives, VFDs, hydraulic/mechanical press controls, CNC machines, and industrial utilities are preferred. Qualifications: B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Electrical Engineering or EEE with 4-6 years of experience.
