We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with ERP implementation and transformation experience to lead enterprise technology initiatives for a client in Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing large-scale ERP projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving successful project delivery from initiation through deployment. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrade, migration, and optimization projects; Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and deliverables; Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and executive leadership; Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and governance documentation; Facilitate project meetings, steering committee reviews, and stakeholder communications; Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions; Track project milestones and proactively address risks and roadblocks; Manage change control processes and project documentation; Support testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live activities; Drive continuous improvement and project management best practices. Required Qualifications: U.S. Citizen (mandatory); Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field; 8+ years of IT Project Management experience; 5+ years managing ERP-related projects; Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Workday, or similar; Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid); Experience managing budgets, timelines, vendors, and stakeholder expectations; Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills; Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or Smartsheet. Preferred Qualifications: PMP certification; Experience leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives; Experience working in manufacturing, healthcare, utilities, government, or large enterprise environments; Strong vendor and contract management experience; ERP implementation lifecycle expertise.
