We are seeking a skilled Web Developer & Website Optimization Specialist to build, fix, and improve websites for clients. The role involves creating new websites, updating existing ones, fixing technical issues, improving design, and enhancing client results. Requirements include expertise in modern web design, development, conversion rate optimization, analytics, and AI tools. Responsibilities include building and launching websites and landing pages, fixing broken sites, improving speed and usability, applying audit recommendations, setting up tracking with GA4 and Google Tag Manager, using behavior analytics tools like Mouseflow or Hotjar, creating client dashboards, and leveraging AI for efficiency. Skills needed: WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Framer, CRO, SEO, AEO, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, page speed optimization, mobile optimization, form tracking, and reporting. Compensation is ₹15,000-₹20,000 per month. Work is remote.
