We are looking for an experienced Oracle Permitting and Licensing (OPAL) Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Community Development, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and workflow automation. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Oracle Permitting & Licensing modules, strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Process Automation (OPA), experience designing and implementing end-to-end permit and licensing workflows, expertise in application intake, reviews, inspections, approvals, fee assessment, and permit issuance processes, strong knowledge of Decision Models, business rules, and workflow automation, experience integrating Oracle solutions with external systems and regulatory platforms, ability to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and provide solution design recommendations, and excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
