Key requirements include B.Tech/BE in Computer Science, IT, or ECE, strong expertise in Go, microservices architecture, Azure services, Docker, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, REST APIs, and Git. Preferred skills include Kubernetes (AKS), message brokers (Kafka, Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ), distributed systems, Go concurrency, cloud security, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor).
