• Role & Company / Project Overview Join our team as a QC Specialist in India and help us raise service standards. Looking for sharp-eyed, analytical professionals passionate about quality and performance. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Review calls and customer conversations - Identify quality issues, risks, and improvement areas - Highlight excellent performance and best practices - Provide optimization and knowledge-base suggestions - Review QC performance and improve quality standards • Daily Quality Targets - 120 connected calls - Minimum 100 valid calls - 50 conversations - Minimum 30 long conversations - CSR: Review 200 conversations - 10+ findings every day • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: India - Probation: 15 Days (Performance-Based) - Trial version; targets and terms may be adjusted according to actual business requirements • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: ₹32,000 per month - Attendance Bonus: ₹3,000 - Performance Rewards: Extra performance may qualify for additional bonus - Note: Monthly shortfall deductions may apply, capped at ₹16,000 • Application Instructions Apply via WhatsApp with your details.
