Hexaware Technologies is seeking an experienced Procore professional with a strong background in implementation and integration to join our team as a Procore Implementation Lead. In this role, you will drive impactful digital transformation initiatives and lead end-to-end Procore implementation for construction projects. You will design and manage integration between Procore and Oracle Applications, assess existing PMI tools and create consolidation strategies using Procore, provide expert guidance on Procore customization and best practices, collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and timelines, and lead cross-functional teams for seamless delivery. Required skills include proven Procore implementation experience, strong knowledge of Procore modules for project management and delivery, hands-on experience with Procore-Oracle integration design, and the ability to lead both functional and technical teams. Preferred qualifications include experience in construction industry IT solutions, familiarity with PMI tools and consolidation strategies, and exposure to Oracle ERP systems. The role is based at Hexaware locations across India, with 5-12 years of experience required and a notice period of up to 60 days.
