ZIVENTRA is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to manage end-to-end delivery of an AI-based financial technology project. This remote role involves working closely with AI engineers, QA engineers, developers, product owners, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders. Key responsibilities include facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives; coordinating across AI, development, QA, DevOps, and business teams; tracking project timelines, blockers, risks, and cross-team dependencies; managing AI-specific dependencies such as data availability, model development, API integration, testing, and deployment; ensuring QA, automation testing, and AI-output validation are included within each sprint; supporting release planning and production readiness; providing clear project updates to stakeholders; improving sprint predictability and delivery quality; and ensuring financial workflows, compliance, and data security considerations are tracked. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master with strong knowledge of Agile ceremonies, experience managing software development and QA teams, and exposure to AI, machine learning, cloud, or automation projects, ideally in FinTech, banking, payments, or financial platforms.
